The Affiliate Model is structured in levels
Junior Grade
Junior Grade is for professionals beginning their careers. It offers access to ARKON Omnia's mentoring programs, participation in private and public events, and guest attendance at Hermes University courses. Members also gain exposure to management consulting through involvement in the acquisition process.
Senior Grade
Senior Grade targets experienced professionals seeking leadership roles. Members lead projects in microeconomics and innovative technologies, participate in certified training by Hermes University, and receive recognition for community contributions. They are also involved in consulting contracts and assist in higher education initiatives.
Master Grade
Grade Master is for professionals with significant impact in their field. Members influence strategic decisions at ARKON Omnia as non-executive board members, and have exclusive access to high-level events and private international networks to expand their influence.

Omnia Circle Affiliation
1. Registration Phase
Membership Application: Interested professionals must submit a formal application to join the Omnia Circle, including a resume and scanned copies of their historical professional business cards.
Signing the NDA: Before proceeding, applicants must sign a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) to ensure the protection of sensitive information shared within the network. This agreement includes:
Confidential information cannot be disclosed to third parties.
Information must be used solely for affiliation purposes.
Affiliate Fee Structure The affiliation is divided into three levels, each with an associated fee:

2. Members’ Obligations
Members must comply with the NDA and maintain the confidentiality of information.
Payment of the annual fee is mandatory to maintain membership status.
3. Unilateral Withdrawal Clauses for Omnia Circle Affiliation The Omnia Circle affiliation model includes specific unilateral withdrawal clauses, detailing the methods and reasons an affiliate may be put into a “sleep” state, under the exclusive authority of the ARKON Omnia Steering Committee.
1. Unilateral Withdrawal Clause
Affiliate’s Inability to Withdraw: Affiliates do not have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the affiliation contract. However, the Board of Directors may decide to put an affiliate in a “sleep” state.
Sleep State: When an affiliate is put to sleep:
The affiliate must continue to comply with the NDA.
Payment of the annual fee is not required.
Participation in initiatives and events organized by the Omnia Circle is suspended.
2. Serious Reasons for Sleep The Board of Directors has the exclusive authority to determine when an affiliate should be put to sleep. Serious reasons may include, but are not limited to:
Violation of Ethical Standards: Actions that contravene the organization’s ethical principles.
Breach of Contractual Obligations: Failure to comply with contractual provisions, including signing the NDA.
Unfavorable Economic Situations: Economic circumstances that compromise an affiliate’s active participation, provided they are not the result of voluntary choices.
Personal or Professional Problems: Issues that prevent active participation, such as serious health problems or significant changes in work life.
3. Reactivation of Affiliation
Decision of the Board of Directors: Reactivation of affiliation is possible only upon approval from the Board of Directors. The affiliate must submit a formal request for reactivation.
Restoration of Rights and Obligations: Once reactivated, the affiliate resumes administrative obligations and can participate fully in all Omnia Circle initiatives and activities.
Omnia Circle Affiliation
1. Participation in Third Party Activities Affiliates may participate in all third-party professional, educational, social, and religious activities without any impact on their membership status (active or dormant). This includes networking events, training workshops, community initiatives, and social gatherings.
2. Confidentiality Obligations Affiliates are required to comply with the Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) signed at the time of affiliation. Specifically, it is prohibited to:
Disclosure of Confidential Information: Affiliates may not share sensitive or confidential information acquired through their Omnia Circle membership with third parties.
Boasting: Affiliates may not use the Omnia Circle name, trademark, or reputation to gain personal or professional advantage.
Use for Personal Purposes: Affiliates may not exploit the network and the knowledge acquired through affiliation for exclusively personal or unauthorized commercial purposes.
3. Consequences of Violation Any violation of the above provisions may result in disciplinary action by the Board of Directors, including the possibility of being put to sleep.
